Tim Darwell-Taylor

Director

Tim is a strong commercial leader with an understanding of customers’ needs, results driven, innovative and organised with a history of developing strategies, taking calculated risk, implementing new business procedures and reducing costs whilst maximising profitability. A strategic thinker with the ability to effect change management, acquire and retain customers and negotiate at all levels.

Tim has successfully led a Venture Capital backed business Management Buy-Out, and more recently started a new business, building brand awareness and revenues, which he sold via a trade sale and integrated it into the buyers Group.

A keen sportsman with particular interests in rugby and football, his interests include his children, music, travelling, global culture and photography.

Clare Austin

Marketing Director

Clare is a highly motivated and focused marketing professional with a clear understanding of modern marketing strategy and techniques. Her wide knowledge of Interactive and Direct Marketing principles has been gained from working within the higher education sector and academic studies. Having a background in design enables Clare to think creatively when developing strategies and solutions.

Clare is a keen horse rider who has participated in a variety of competitive events and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.

Finance Director

Chris is an economics graduate who qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 1990. He established and runs a business management practice, Aspect, which provides financial and business management consultancy to owner managed SME's.

In 2002 Chris set up, together with Tim, an outsource service provider called Zero Octa which established offices in India, New Zealand, Mexico, the USA as well as in the UK. Chris was responsible for managing the resource capability and back-office infrastructure in order to profitably grow and develop the business to over 800 staff serving 30 airline clients across the world. The group was successfully sold through a trade sale in 2007. Since that time Chris has worked on planning development strategies with boards of businesses as diverse as high-end fashion clothing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and marketing to IT managed services & data centre providers.

Jo Revell

Financial Controller

Jo is hardworking, efficient and is often referred to as the backbone of our team.  Responsible for a variety of functions within the business including finance, administration, content scheduling and customer liaison she tackles each task with professionalism and a smile.

Jo has a passion for design, has studied interior design and in her spare time loves to work on different ‘building and design' projects. She is a keen cook and enjoys travelling and immersing herself into different cultures and cuisine.

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a challenge to bring the best products to market and will never let you down. Jose has worked in the advertising and sales arena for over 15 years, working with national companies and with SME on a local level. Jose has successfully worked all over the UK and internationally with the leisure and Hotel industry and has joined us to build our Hotel network. He also has a strong internet, marketing and design background providing consultancy work for many companies previously.

Jose spends most of his spare time in the gym lifting weights, watching a good film or fine dining.

Martin is a highly experienced professional within the Leisure and Hospitality sector having worked in Portugal since 2007 in number of senior roles and brings a wealth of experience and business acumen to Digital Media Platforms. His background in the managing teams and bringing success to the organisations he has worked with are a key factor in ensuring strong development and growth in new territories such as Portugal and Spain with our new partners.

Martin spends his spare time, unsurprisingly, on the golf course and venturing out across the Algarve on his mountain bike as well as a vested interest in Portuguese wine.
